Taisa meaning Colonel, his rank. X3 Yup, just had to try and be cool by using the Romaji... XD Ehhhnyways. From Fullmetal Alchemist, just because he's a very cool character and I wasn't able to find a skin of him anywhere. ^-^ *shrugs* This one'll suffice until someone talented comes up with something. XD
